Terms and Conditions:

Hotels: Will be provided in accordance with the itinerary or similar.
All rooms are standard twin or double bedded rooms, with private facilities.
Itinerary and Hotel variations: we reserve the right to substitute
any of the hotels with hotels in similar categories. Subject to space
availability at time of booking.
Transfers: As indicated for each tour, transfers are by car, minibus,
or motor coach between airports hotels, and piers, including porterage
of one average size suitcase per person.
Sightseeing: Will be operated by motor coach or other conveyance,
the size dictated by the number of participants, at the sole discretion o
f the company.

Luggage; all tour packages allow one piece of luggage per person
plus one carry-on. bag. Excess luggage may be subject to charge
according to the air carrier/transport companies existing tariffs.

Guide tipping: Bus tours: $2.00 per person per day for the driver, and
$4.00 per person per day for the guide.

General tipping: Hotels: Porterage is prepaid by our company.
Waiters/waitresses 10% if taking independent meal, otherwise this
is paid by our company. Chamber maids generally $0.50 per person
per day.

Deposits and payment schedule: A deposit of $200.00 per person
($260.00 if cancellation fee waiver required) is required at the time of
booking. The balance is required to be paid 60 days prior to departure,
unless otherwise required by a specific tour program as may be described
in tour application or the specific program offered. Payments for bookings
made less than 45 days prior to departure must be paid in full. Above
applies unless otherwise/and if nothing else is stated.

Changes after initial bookings are accepted: Will be subject to $30.00
per revision per booking, plus any expenses imposed by suppliers as a
result of these changes.
Last minute reservations: Bookings received 30 days or less, prior to
departure, will be accepted only on full payment basis plus a $50.00
late booking handling fee and is subject to space availability.

Refunds: All requests for refunds or adjustments must be made in
writing and received no later than 60 days after the return of the tour.
Refunds will be subject to a processing fee of $50.00, plus any airline
or hotel charges incurred. Claims for unused services should be
substantiated in writing by local representatives. Allow six to eight
weeks for processing of refunds. Three will be no refunds for unused
package tour services or features.

Cancellation Fee Waiver:
Be prepared for those unexpected emergencies. To protect yourself
against cancellation charges on the land/tour portion we offer a $150.00
per person "Tour Cancellation Protection Plan". When you participate
and then must cancel your tour for any reason and you advise Aviation &
Tourism International, Inc. (fax 1 847 256 6839) in writing up to 12 noon
C. S. T. on the last business day prior to departure, (Saturdays, Sundays
and Holidays are not considered business days) you will receive a full
refund of all monies paid to us for tour arrangements. This does not
include airline tickets, but land package only. Air tickets are governed by
seperate rules. See Cancellation Fees : Airlines. Cancellation fee waiver
must be added to required deposit at the time of booking, is non-refundable,
non-transferable and may not be purchased at a later date. Airline penalties
assessed by airlines are not covered. Any tickets and documents must be
returned to Aviation & Tourism International within 48 hours of cancellation.

Cancellation Fees: Tour packages*
Up to 60 days prior to departure $50 per person handling fee.
59-45 days prior to departure 10% of cost per person or $75 whichever is higher.
44-30 days prior to departure 20% of cost per person or $100 whichever is higher.
29 - 15 days prior to departure 50% of land cost per person or $200 whichever is higher.
14 days or less 90% of tour cost per person.

Cancellation Fees: Airlines
Generally lowest cost tourist class airfares are used and are non-refundable non-endorsable and
non changeable. In cases where passengers upgrade to full fare economy or business/first class
tickets, such tickets are generally non-restrictive and fully refundable. Each case must be checked
for rules and restrictions with your travel agency office. Handling fee of $50.00 will be charged
for cancelling a refundable ticket.
*INSURANCE:

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOUR CLIENT PURCHASES TRAVEL
GUARD INSURANCE, A FLIGHT INTERRUPTION AND HEALTH PROTECTION
NECESSARY WHEN TRAVELING ABROAD!
In case of illness/accidents causing delay of travel, tickets that are non-refundable,
non changeable and non-endorsable are covered by such travel insurance, IF IT
IS A LEGITIMATE AND QUALIFIED EXCUSE.
In case where insurance is taken at time of initial booking, faxed directly to Travel
Guard, with a credit card form of payment, Travel Guard also insures pre-existing conditions!
Responsibility:
Aviation & Tourism International and its representatives abroad act only as agents for contractors providing the means of transportation, accommodations, and other services pertaining to the tour. All exchange orders, coupons, and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which such means of transportation, accommodations, and other services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such documents shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions.

A) Aviations & Tourism International and/or travel agent /tour operator shall not be in any way liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the act of default of any company, or person, engaged in conveying the passengers, or of any hotel proprietor, personnel, or any other person otherwise in connection therewith.

B)Aviation & Tourism International and/or travel agent/tour operator shall not be held responsible for potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations included in this program /itinerary, where injury, delay, or unanticipated events may occur. Aviation & Tourism International and/or its travel agents/tour operators shall not assume responsibility for standards of quality, hygiene, political stability, cuisine, sanitation facilities, cleanliness, telecommunications facilities, methods of conducting business, emergency medical evacuation, treatment, and medical services found in these destinations. Travel to these areas may entail risks including but not limited to the hazards of traveling in politically unstable areas, civil disturbances, war, and arbitrary changes mandated by the government authorities or private concerns. Aviation & Tourism International and/or its travel agents/tour operators shall be held harmless from any and all liability in connection with the foregoing.

C) Aviation & Tourism International and/or its travel agents/tour operators cannot accept the responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in transportation schedule or other causes.

D)Each exchange coupon , order, air ticket is to be regarded as one contracted by or on behalf of the particular company or person named on it.

E) all legal matters relative to these terms and conditions shall be directed to and litigated only through the legal system in Cook County, in the State of Illinois, in The U.S.A..
