Begin with a stopover and city tour in maritime Bergen. Cruise the Sognefjord and sparkling Geirangerfjord, with mighty waterfalls and lush shores close enough to touch. Inland coach tours show off the glorious Sognefjord valleys, lakes, meadows, plateaus and longest fjord.
Rural fjord and mountain communities invite your interest in craftsmanship, carefully preserved historical buildings and farming lifestyle - be a child again at the Fjordhorse Centre, sense the pride of the Nordfjord Folk Museum.

Day 3 Bergen - Lavik - Skei
Breakfast
After breakfast At 10am enjoy a tour of Grieg’s home, Troldhaugen, as well as Old Bergen. In the afternoon explore all the city has to offer. Be sure to spend some time at the Fish and Flower Markets along the harbor.
Start your sightseeing tour in the center of Bergen and continue to Old Bergen, an open air museum. Spend some time learning the history of this Hanseatic City before departing for Troldhaugen, the home of composer Edvard Grieg. On the way to Troldhaugen the tour drives to Nattlandsfjettet for one of the best panoramic views of the city. The 3hr tour ends in the center of Bergen at the Fløibanen. (B)

Day 5 Geiranger Tour

Full day excursion in Geiranger area: Våtedal Valley - Utvik Mountain - Nordfjord - towns of Olden, Loen, Stryn - Hellesylt - 1-hour Geirangerfjord cruise - Seven Sisters and Bridal Veil falls - fjord views from Dalsnibba - coach back to Skei via Grotli, Hjelle and Lake Oppstryn
Day 6 Briksdal Glacier Tour

Excursion to Briksdal Glacier: Olden village and valley - Jostedalen Glacier
Day 7 Sandane Tour

Day 8 Saturday: Skei - Bergen
Breakfast and packed lunch.
Arrive in Bergen and transfer to your hotel down town. In the evening try Bryggeloftet or Fløien Folkrestaurant, on the top of Mt. Fløyen, for a traditional Bergen meal from the sea, or stay by the waterfront in the old Hanseatic part of town. (B)

Day 9 Bergen to Balestrand
After breakfast take the 8:00am Fjord Express Ferry from Bergen to Balestrand, arriving at 11:50am. Enjoy the beautiful Sognefjord as you sail past the numerous waterfalls and mountainside farms. Your hotel is located right on the fjord. In the evening enjoy a wonderful dinner buffet prepared with traditional Norwegian cuisine.

Day 10 Balestrand - Oslo
After a leisurely breakfast, board the morning ferry from Balestrand to Flåm, which arrives at 1:25pm. Then take the famous Flåm Railway at 3:30pm to Myrdal. Have your cameras ready as this scenic train stops for photo opportunities of the idyllic valley below. You then transfer to the Bergen Line train that connects with the Flåm Rail in Myrdal and arrives into Oslo at 9:58pm. Upon arrive make your way to your hotel and check in. You may want to take a taxi from either the National Theater Station or the Central Station to your hotel.
Day 11, Oslo - onward
After breakfast Enjoy a day in Oslo, Norway’s capital city, before flying home or continuing to Stockholm.
There are plenty of gardens and museums for you to explore and enjoy.
On your own you can take a relaxing hike, take the T-Bane to Frognerseteren and walk down through the forest to Holmenkollen.

Late afternoon transfer to airport by express train for onward flight.
