Itinerary:
Day 1 dep. 01 Jul 2000
USA TO COPENHAGEN
Day 2, 2 Jul
Arr. Copenhagen and transfers to Aalborg hotel accommodations. Participate in
dinner/dance
at Aalborg Air Base.
Day 3, 3 Jul
Participate with Rebild society's full day program.
Day 4, 4 Jul
After breakfast participate in Rebild program. to be advised. Call for details.
Day 5, 5 Jul
After Breakfast board bus and drive to Skagen and Hirtshals for
Ferry to Kristiansand.
Group 2 can depart here and travel independantly........ see below itinerary
--------Day 5, 5 Jul
After breakfast group splits into 2 sections.
Group 1 goes to Sweden
Group 2 for individuals who wish to be on their own after Rebild.
All groups have the opportunity to meet back in copenhagen for a farewell before returning home:
After breakfast go to Skagen and then to Frederikshavn for Ferry to
Gothenburg. Overnight Gothenburg.
Day 6, 6 Jul
After breakfast take the canal city tour "Paddan". Late afternoon the
bus will take you to the district of Bohuslaen. On arrival at
Stenungsbaden Yacht Club, dinner will be waiting on the dock, overlooking the water.
Day 7, 7 Jul
After breakfast we will find our way along the coast to Tanum. We will
pass through the islands of Orust and Tjoern , visit Fiskebaeckskil,
Kungshamn, Smoegen and Fjaellbaka. where Ingrid Bergman lived.
Overnight at Tanum Gestgifveri a cultural monument from 1663.
Day 8, 8 Jul
The Koster Train will take us to a peaceful place where we can enjoy a shrimp picnic.
Coffee and waffles will be served in Hilma Svedahl’s most unusual settlement "Alaska".
On the island of Syd Laangoe.
Day 9, 9 Jul
After breakfast passing the bridge at Svinesund into Norway. Visit the
Fort of Halden. overlooking the Idefjord. Continue the trip to
Vaermland and Grythyttan. Gastgivaregaard.
Day 10, 10 Jul
After breakfast drive to Stockholm. City Tour Overnight at STO.
Day 11, 11 Jul
After breakfast continue tour of STO. Afternoon and evening on own.
Day 12, 12 Jul
After breakfast we board bus and go to Copenhagen, crossing Sweden
again. We can make an antique stop on the way and have lunch.
Late afternoon visit Kjaernan in Helsingborg before crossing to
Denmark. Meet Group A/B/D at hotel for a joint dinner.
Day 13, 13 Jul
After breakfast arrival at Copenhagen and take a 3-hr city tour.
and rest of day on own. Meet the other groups. Evening on your own.
Day 14, 14 Jul
After breakfast day on own.
Joint Farewell Dinner in Copenhagen. Evening on own.
Day 15, 15 Jul
After breakfast Afternoon transfer to Airport for flight home
** People for New York SEATTLE take a morning departure transfer to airport.
GROUP 2 (traveling independently perhaps visiting Finland or other dest.)
They are on their own but can join for the last part or return home on own or return completely independently.
Day 13, 13 Jul
Arrival at Copenhagen and join in a 3-hr city tour.
and rest of day on own. Meet the other groups. Evening on your own.
Day 14, 14 Jul
after breakfast day on own. Joint Farewell Dinner in Copenhagen. Evening on own.

After breakfast Afternoon transfer to Airport for flight home

Terms and Conditions
Hotels: Will be provided in accordance with the itinerary or similar. All rooms are
standard twin or double bedded rooms with private facilities. A limited number of single
rooms are available at single room supplement as presented in the program. Triple rooms
may be available on request.
Children: Children ages two to eleven sharing a triple room with parents receive a credit
of 25% off the tour cost.
Transfers: If included, which as indicated for each tour, transfers are by car, minibus,
or motor coach between airports hotels, and piers, including porterage of one average size
suitcase per person.
Sightseeing: Where included, will be operated by motor coach or other conveyance , the
size dictated by the number of participants, at the sole discretion of the company.
Luggage: all tour packages allow one piece of luggage per person plus one carry-on. bag.
Excess luggage may be subject to charge according to the air carrier/transport companies
existing tariffs.
Guide tipping: On tours where guided tours are included, it is recommended that following
schedule be applied: Driver: $2.00 per person per day, for a full day. Guide: $4.00 per
person per full day . Private car tours $10 to $15 per day per person. For three hour city
tours $1.00 to guide is recommended.
General tipping: Waiters/waitresses 15% . Chamber maids generally $1.00 per person per
day.
Deposits and payment schedule: (or as described in tour application)
Changes after deposits: Will be subject to $50.00 per revision per booking, plus any
expenses imposed by suppliers as a result of these changes.
Last minute reservations: Bookings received 30 days or less, prior to departure, will be
accepted
only on full payment basis, if within 14days prior to departure a $50.00 late booking fee
will also be charged provided space is available at the same fare level used for the group
tickets. Further such bookings are accepted subject to space availability. Bookings
accepted within 7 days prior to departure may incur additional air fare charges.

Cancellation Fee Waiver:
Be prepared for those unexpected emergencies. To protect yourself
against cancellation charges on the land/tour portion we offer a $150.00
per person "Tour Cancellation Protection Plan". When you participate
and then must cancel your tour for any reason and you advise Aviation &
Tourism International, Inc. (fax 1 800 256 5563) in writing up to 12 noon
C. S. T. on the last business day prior to departure, (Saturdays, Sundays
and Holidays are not considered business days) you will receive a full
refund of all monies paid to us for tour arrangements. This does not
include airline tickets, but land package only. Air tickets are governed by
seperate rules. See Cancellation Fees : Airlines. Cancellation fee waiver
must be added to required deposit at the time of booking, is non-refundable,
non-transferable and may not be purchased at a later date. Airline penalties
assessed by airlines are not covered. Any tickets and documents must be
returned to Aviation & Tourism International within 48 hours of cancellation.
Cancellation Fees: Tour packages*
Up to 45 days prior to departure $50 per person handling fee.
44-30 days prior to departure 10% of cost per person.
29-15 days prior to departure 40% of cost per person.
14 days or less 90% of tour cost per person.
Cancellation Fees: Airlines
Generally lowest cost tourist class airfares are used and are non-refundable
non-endorsable and non changeable. In cases where passengers upgrade to full fare economy
or business/first class tickets, such tickets are generally non-restrictive and fully
refundable. Each case must be checked for rules and restrictions with your travel agency
office. Handling fee of $50.00 will be charged for cancelling a refundable ticket.

GUARD INSURANCE, A FLIGHT INTERRUPTION AND HEALTH PROTECTION
NECESSARY WHEN TRAVELING ABROAD!
In case of illness/accidents causing delay of travel, tickets that are non-refundable,
non changeable and non-endorsable are covered by such travel insurance, IF IT
IS A LEGITIMATE AND QUALIFIED EXCUSE.
In case where insurance is taken at time of initial booking, faxed directly to Travel
Guard, with a credit card form of payment, Travel Guard also insures pre-existing
conditions!
