Most Tour suggestions presented in our tour manual start or end in Bergen, Oslo,
Stockholm, Copenhagen or Helsinki. Several hotels in these cities are thus listed
separately from the itineraries, enabling you to choose additional desired hotel nights.
In addition, most other Scandinavian, Baltic, and St. Petersburg city hotels are available
upon request. We cooperate with the following Scandinavian hotel chains: Choice, Rica,
Scandic, Radisson, Rainbow, Sokos, Norlandia Hotellene, First Hotels, Arp-Hansen, and Best
Western, as well as many family-owned hotels,guest houses, pensjonats and B & B's.
Transportation Options
All leading Scandinavian and regional transportation companies are available including
SAS, Iceland Air, Lufthansa, Maersk Air, Air Baltic, Scanrail, NWA/KLM, Wideroe, and
Braathens Safe (airlines for inter- and intra- Scandinavian Travel), Ferries, express
boats, rail, and car rentals.

Traveling by train in Scandinavia is an experience, and some of their railway lines are
among the most scenic in Europe. Modern and comfortable express and night trains will
transport you around Scandinavia and Finland, allowing you to visit both the major cities
and the scenic countryside. In Norway, you can even reach the famous Sognefjord by train,
traveling on the Bergen line to Myrdal, and the famous Flåm line to an arm of the
majestic fjord.
