Individual Inclusive Tour

Day 1 Wednesday. 18 Feb. USA - Amsterdam

Departure from The States arriving at Amsterdam at approximately 0655am on Friday. Make sure to check your baggage in at Traverse City all the way to Nairobi. Keep hand luggage as you need in Amsterdam.

Day 2 Thursday. 19 Feb. Amsterdam - Nairobi.

After arrival in Amsterdam at 0655am you can re-check-in for your continued flight from Amsterdam to Nairobi, NW8565 departing at 1025am. In Amsterdam airport you can stay in the lounge, rest and perhaps take a shower and get ready for your onward flight. This is a day flight so it should be easier on you. Your arrival at Nairobi's Kenyatta International airport is the same evening at 9:05 pm. You will be met on arrival and transferred to the Fairview Hotel.

Day 3 Friday. 20 Feb. Nairobi.

After breakfast the day is on your own to relax and catch up. Overnight at the Fairview. (B)

Day 4 Saturday. 21 Feb, Nairobi.

After breakfast you will be picked up for a tour to Karen - see the Karen Blixen farm and museum.
You will also visit The Giraffe Manor and take a city tour of Nairobi. Lunch and dinner is on your own. Overnight at The Fairview Hotel. (B)

Day 5 Sunday. 22 Feb. Nairobi - Arusha.

After Breakfast you will drive towards the border between Kenya and Tanzania at Taveta. You will continue to Arusha where you will stay the next three nights. You will check into the Novotel Mt. Neru Hotel. (B) The evening is on your own.

Day 6 Monday. 23 Feb. Arusha.

After Breakfast the safari continues around the Arusha area. The afternoon and evening is on your own. Accommodations are at Novotel Mt. Meru Hotel. (B).

Day 7 Tuesday. 24 Feb. Arusha.

After breakfast the safari continues around the Arusha area. The afternoon and evening is on your own. Accommodations are at Novotel Mt. Meru Hotel. (B).

Day 8 Wednesday. 25 Feb. Arusha - Lake Manyara.

After breakfast continue the trip to the fascinating site of Lake Manyara where you will stay at The Lake Manyara Hotel for two nights. You will do game viewing en route. This area is famous for its hippo population and its spectacular bird life. The Manyara Lake National Park. Towards the east the park falls down to the lake shore. Towards the northwest the park borders The Great Rift Valley. You will stop at a fantastic view point. The afternoon game drive will be in search of resting animals. You will have dinner on your own and overnight at The Lake Manyara Hotel. (B)

Day 9 Thursday. 26 Feb. Lake Manyara.

After breakfast take a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. Return to the hotel for
dinner on your own and overnight at The Lake Manyara Hotel. (B)

Day 10 Friday. 27 Feb. Lake Manyara - Arusha - Nairobi.

After Breakfast the safari continues with a drive back to Arusha, have lunch at the Novotel on your own and transfer to the Nairobi shuttle which will drop you off at the Fairview Hotel for one night. (B)

Day 11 Saturday. 28 Feb. Nairobi - Masai Mara - Governors Tented Camp.

After breakfast you will be picked up at 0900am for transfer to Wilson for your flight to Masai Mara - Governors camp. There you will spend the next three nights. Dinner and overnight will be at the camp in the park.(B/L/D)

Day 12 Sunday. 01 Mar. Governors Camp.

After breakfast you will enjoy the game drives in the Masai Mara. Overnight at Governors Camp. (B/L/D)

Day 13 Monday. 02 Mar. Governors Camp

After breakfastwill enjoy the game drives in the Masai Mara. Overnight at Governors Camp. (B/L/D)

Day 14 Tuesday. 03 Mar. Governors Camp - Nairobi.

After breakfast take a flight back to Nairobi where you will check-in again at the Fairview Hotel. (B)

Day 15 Wednesday. 04 Mar. Nairobi.

After breakfast enjoy the last day on your own. In the eveing dinner at The Canivore Restaurant. We will arrange our local guide to order transportation. You must advise them when to pick you up. Overnight at The Fairview Hotel. (B/D)

Day 16 Thursday. 05 Mar. Nairobi - Amsterdam

After breakfast enjoy the day on your own for last minute shopping and packing and transfer in the evening to the airport for your NW/KL flight KL566 departing 1125pm for Amsterdam. (B)

Day 17 Friday. 06 Mar. Amsterdam.

After breakfast on board land at Amsterdam at 0600am. Take a taxi to the hotel. The Inntell Hotel is located at Nieuwezijds Kolk 19. The phone number thre is 530 1818.
You may wish to enjoy Saturday at one or more of the Museums. (B on board)

Day 18 Saturday. 07 Mar. Amsterdam - USA.
After breakfast take a short tour in the city again on your own and get to the airport for your NW/KL flight to The US departing at 2:25pm arriving at Detroit at 5:00pm. Await your onward flight (B)
