17 Day Itinerary for Egypt/The Red Sea. from $2495.00

Day 1 Wednesday.

Departure from USA home city via Chicago, New York or Seattle
on SAS to Copenhagen, arriving the next morning at 07:30.

Day 2 Thursday.
After arrival at Copenhagen in the morning, there is one hour
before you need to check-in at Copenhagen for your Maersk Air
flight to Egypt. You will arrive at Hurghada on The Red Sea at
3:30pm. You will transfer to the Sonesta Beach Hotel.
The Sonesta is located directly to the Sea, with children friendly
sea shore and swimming facilities. The hotel offers a great many
facilities, with its own water sports and dive center. The hotel also
offers water skiing, wind surfing, tennis, squash, billiards.
There is a shopping arcade, 3 restaurants - one being right on the
beach, several bars and pubs with international music. There is also
a terrific pool as well as a children's pool. ll rooms are equipped
with balcony, mini bar, phone Television, 24 hour room service.
A great place to spend a week relaxing at the sea shore!

Day 3, Friday. - Day 16 Thursday
You will spend your time at this beach resort, this period is on
your own. There will be plenty of optional activities, water sports etc.

You will also participate in a 5 day / 4 night Deluxe Nile Cruise out
of Luxor. You will also stay at the Isis Hotel in Luxor, where you
will be able to see The valley of the Kings, Luxor and Karnak
Temples and a sound and light show. (all optional)

Luxor earlier called Theben, is Egypts ancient capital. Your hotel
is just at the Nile River. You are also close to the Memnon
Colossal Stone Statues, which are some of the main attractions
of the area.

Day 16 - Thursday
After breakfast you will transfer to the airport for your Maersk Air
return flight to Copenhagen leaving Hurghada mid-afternoon. You
will arrive Copenhagen at approximately 8:45pm and transfer to
your hotel the Dan Hotel, just outside the airport (or similar
category). It is recommeded to take a trip into the city center, only
a 20 minute cab ride from the hotel. A stroll down the famous
walking street "Stroeget" is recommended. You can find many
small bars and restaurants at Nyhavn, (the waterfront of the old
part of the city). Copenhagen is a 24 hour city and incidentally
The Radisson - SAS Hotel Scandinavia has the citys only Casino,
open until 04:00am.

Day 17 - Friday
After Breakfast transfer back to the airport for your trip home.
Your SAS flight departs at 10:30am and you should check-in 2
hours prior. You have just enough time to do some last minute
duty free shopping, Copenhagen Airport shopping center being one
of the best in Europe.

Tour includes air transportation, all transfers , breakfast daily, with
full board on Nile Cruise. Based on two persons sharing a twin
bedded room.
