Day 1,
Depart your home town USA and meet with group in Chicago
O'Hare Airport for your Trans-Atlantic flight on SAS. Flight SK946 will depart at 4:30pm.
Dinner will be served on board.
Day 2,
After arrival at Stockholm's Arlanda Airport at
approximately 7:30am. There you will be met by our guide who will transfer you to the
Malmen Hotel after first taking a city tour. Your transfer will include a 3 hour city tour
as hotel check-in is not allowed until noon time. The afternoon and evening is on your
own. Dinner can be recommended in Gamla Stan (Old Town) at Syv Smaa Hus (7 small Houses)
Restaurant. It is expensive but a fantastic experience.
Day 3,
After breakfast take a 2 hour morning canal cruise of The Stockholm Harbor. This is a
wonderful way to see the city. Lunch is on your own and the afternoon is free, until its
time to transfer to the Viking Line ship bound for Turku Finland. Check-in will start at
about 7:00pm for a departure at 9:15pm. A buffet dinner will be served on board.
Day 4,
After buffet breakfast on board you will arrive into Turku at 8:05am. There your local
guide will meet you and you will board your bus for a 3 hour tour of Finland's Ancient
Capital Turku. Lunch is on your own. After Turku the bus will continue to Helsinki,
heading directly to the pier for boarding M/S Kristina Regina, your cruise ship which will
take you throughout the Baltic's. Departure will be at 6:00pm. You will sail for St.
Petersburg, Russia. Dinner will be served on board.
Day 5,
After breakfast your tour busses will load for tour of St. Petersburg at 0830am. Here you
will have an opportunity to take several optional shore excursions to see the Hermitage
Museum ($36p.p), Petrodvorets -The Summer Place ($36p.p.), Pushkin The Catherine Palace
($32p.p.) St Isaac'cs Cathedral and Peter and paul Fortress ($35p.p), a folk show
($42p.p.) and /or a ballet performance at the Alexandrinsky Theatre built in 1828
($50p.p.).
Day 6,
After breakfast you will again visit St. Petersburg. Possibly take some of above mentioned
shore excursions. Depart St Petersburg at 6:00pm and during the night you will sail to
Tallinn Estonia. All meals on board.
Day 7,
After breakfast you may go ashore in Tallinn at 0900am for where optional shore excursions
are available: Tallin City Tour ($32p.p.) Min 35 passengers required for tour to operate.
Old town Tallinn is a great excursion!. you will re-join the ship for departure at 2:00pm
for Lithuania.
Day 8,
After breakfast and the morning fre at sea you arrive into Klaipeda Lithuania at 1:00pm.
There you can join a couple of possible optional shore excursions: Overland Voilnius to
Riga with hotel and dinner. The next day tour the city - several churches, The University,
Jewish Heritage Museum as well as the former KGB prison. Afternoon depart bty bus for Riga
where the ship awaits your arrival four hours later. ($230p.p. sharing single $270p.p.).
Other option ios tour of Klaipeda and Palanga city tours ($22p.p.) You will re-board the
ship for 6:00pm departure. All meals on board
Day 9,
After breakfast you arrive into Riga at 12:00noon. There you can take a city tour option
($21p.p.) The ship stays in Riga until Saturday. There will be free time in Riga. All
meals on board.
Day 10,
After breakfast you have the morning free. At 1:00pm the ship sails for Helsinki. All
meals on board.
Day 11,
After breakfast disembark by 11:30am. our local guide will give you a 3 hour city tour of
Helsinki, Finland's capital, before transferring you to The Ramada Presidentii Hotel,
where you will spend the night. Lunch is on your own and an afternoon stroll downtown
Helsinki is a great way to see the small city. Dinner is on your own.
Day 12,
After breakfast transfer to the airport for your SAS flight to Copenhagen. You will arrive
at Copenhagen Airport about noon time. There you will be met by our local guide for a 3
hour city tour of Copenhagen, before going to the hotel the Kong Frederik Hotel, just next
to city hall. Dinner is on your own.
Day 13,
After breakfast your guide will meet you for a 9:00am departure for a North Sealand castle
Tour. You will visit Frederiksborg castle and Kronborg Castle (Hamlet's Castle which
served as the setting for and was named after the great Shakespeare play) Lunch will be on
you own and on the return to the city there will be a brief stop at Louisiana - The Museum
for Modern Art. Dinner will be on your own
Day 14,
After breakfast you will have the morning free for a stroll through Copenhagen's walking
street - "Stroeget". This is a great way in which to experience Copenhagen. It
can be recommended that you take in lunch at one of the city's many small restaurants or
cafes, and try a real Danish open face sandwich. Tivoli Gardens is open and you can easily
pass an afternoon there. You will all meet for a farewell dinner in Tivoli Gardens.
Day 15,
After breakfast you will transfer to the airport for your flight home. SAS flight SK941
will depart for Chicago at 10:35am arriving at O'Hare at 12:50pm the same afternoon.

Tour includes air transport from Chicago, taxes, baggage handling, hotels, meals
as indicated, cruise on Viking line and M/S Kristina Regina, 1 night in Stockholm, 1 night
in Helsinki and 3 nights in Copenhagen, based on 2 persons sharing a cabin and room.
Shore excursions are optional. All personal matters, alcoholic beverages, phone,laundry,
